The Love for Disney Princesses
Our love (yes, including me) for Disney Princesses are beyond the fairy tales and the shimmering gowns. The girls and I discuss their lives, their decisions, and even their character. That is probably the reason why our girls are beyond just sugar and spice kind of girls.

When we went to Hong Kong Disneyland, the Disney princesses came alive and it was a really precious opportunity for the girls. Achi Shawna had been saving up for that trip for 5 years so it was just awesome that her dream trip came to pass.
At Disneyland, hubby and I carefully studied the maps and schedules so that we can catch the meet and greet with the characters And I think we covered everyone who was present at that time. It was not a complete attendance though, as we went there on weekdays. We were told that all the princesses were present during weekends but it would be harder to cover them all because there are also too many people.
These are just precious moments and we feel fortunate to have been able to experience them with our kids before the pandemic. Hope we can travel again soon–maybe Australia — so that we can see my brother’s family again.
It was just pure joy and excitement for our Shane to open a giant box of the Disney Ultimate Princess Celebration toys! So magical! And it was like an advanced birthday gift for her. This is going to be her second quarantine birthday next month.
