Workforce Abundance: Your Gateway to Work and Live in Australia
What is Workforce Abundance? Workforce Abundance is an end-to-end program for those who wish to live and work in Australia. This program covers:
- global recruitment
- migration
- post-placement support
As a new initiative for global recruitment, Workforce Abundance does not charge recruitment fees to any candidate.
What they do
Their Australian and international teams connect Australian employers with skilled workers from other countries through their tight end-to-end process management program. Here’s what they can do for interested applicants:
- Eligibility and vetting
- Match international workers with Australian employers, including connecting job interviews with potential employers
- Help people get sponsored to their dream job and employers through employer-sponsored visas (482, 494, 186)
- Provide support at every step of the process, from recruitment to migration to employment, and lastly, post-placement support. This includes filing the correct visa and government forms.
- Cultural awareness training to prepare for living and working in Australia.
- Support for 3-6 months upon arrival, including airport pickup upon arrival.
- Assist in leading candidates to bring their families, too.
In Bacolod City and Negros Occidental
The executive team of Workforce Abundance had been so impressed with their recent visits to Bacolod City and the province of Negros Occidental. Upon the suggestion of Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez from their last visit in February, the program has set up a small admin office in the City of Smiles.
The Bacolod office offers customer service support to applicants. This includes assistance in checking document submissions, scanning documents, and uploading these into the Zoho careers portal. It is their hope that this would help facilitate the applications of many qualified and highly skilled workers from the region.
