    3. Me, too! I drink black coffee every morning kasi di na ko nag breakfast. Di naman ako nagugutom and my tummy doesn’t hurt either. Apparently, maganda talaga black coffee because it doesn’t cause hyperacidity and has a lot of health benefits, including liver health.

And very important ang liver ah, kapag ito ang nagfail ang dami nang magiging problem sa health. I regularly drink coffee before getting pregnant, and now ko lang nalaman na ok sya for our liver.   9. Coffee is life! I rather have coffee (long black, no sugar) than soda. I also love nuts, however, I minimize snacking on cashew nuts. I discovered it isn’t good for me, and my digestion.
