Was busy during the holidays so I go out to evenst with wet hair. Sometimes, I don’t even get to brush my hair.

When my eldest was still in Kinder, dumaan ang Bagyong Yolanda. While our city experienced strong winds and torrential downpour, we were still fortunate in Bacolod to be left standing and able to help. Through my daughters’ preschool, we pooled our resources to bring relief to areas that were hit the most, particularly in Tacloban. We also remember sending a care package to my cousin in Ormoc that included a transistor radio and batteries so that they can have a connection to the outside world.

I have several stories like these but honestly, none have photos. I forget to take photos during these times when many families are hurting and left behind. Especially the children. Before the year ends, I encourage you to send help and help save the children whose families were affected by recent calamities.
